Our business has accumulated a number of informational pages in Notion that need to be organized and integrated into the dashboard efficiently. The company owner has social experience and will provide the following to assist into the project
– Notion templates with Company information I.e. – links to co social dashboards, embedded links to CRM online software
– Logos, branding, templates to include
– Files to use or links
– Needs –

– [ ] Chemical reporting, blogs, client database for existing customers, new customers w tags for (General pest control, quarterly client, monthly, commercial, etc)
Responsibilities:
• Evaluate our existing Notion setup, including a detailed review of all pages and databases currently in use.
• Design a tailored Notion dashboard that meets the specific needs of our family business, enhancing our ability to track projects, manage tasks, and access resources quickly.
• Implement a structure that allows for easy navigation, scalability, and maintenance, keeping in mind the unique dynamics of a family-owned business.
• Provide training and documentation for use of dashboard and how to update backend
• Offer recommendations for best practices in Notion that could further optimize our business operations.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in designing and implementing Notion dashboards for small or family-owned businesses, with a portfolio or case studies to demonstrate past work.
• Strong understanding of Notion’s capabilities, including databases, templates, and integrations.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex Notion functionality into easy-to-understand concepts for our team.
• A proactive and creative problem-solving approach, tailored to the needs of a small, family-operated business environment.
