Question: We run a mobile mechanic business and are looking to hire a VA to help but we need to know the best way to ensure all the processes are automated.
We need checklists and SOPs to ensure the work is done correctly. Our current processes are:
1. CRM Data Entry:
– Maintain customer profile and ensure address and information is clean and accurate.
– Schedule jobs as per customers request (time, address & mechanic)
– Assist our mobile service team with changes on the fly so customers are kept happy
2. Customer Service:
– Assist with customer enquiry via email
– Quote and pre-build service jobs
– Communicate with customers and changes to schedule, etc.
3. Data Mine:
– Research via Google, Facebook, etc. to find suitable business opportunities.
What mobile mechanic software would you recommend to manage these processes?
