We need checklists and SOPs to ensure the work is done correctly. Our current processes are:
1. CRM Data Entry:
– Maintain customer profile and ensure address and information is clean and accurate.
– Schedule jobs as per customers request (time, address & mechanic)
– Assist our mobile service team with changes on the fly so customers are kept happy
2. Customer Service:
– Assist with customer enquiry via email
– Quote and pre-build service jobs
– Communicate with customers and changes to schedule, etc.
3. Data Mine:
– Research via Google, Facebook, etc. to find suitable business opportunities.
