Question: I am on the hunt for a business process guru. I started a small insurtech company 2 years ago and we have been doing well and growing along the way.
This year we added 2 more products and I’m starting to feel the pain of being a solopreneur while lacking some automation/processes so when we start to run on all cylinders I have a lot of systems in place to help me operate smoothly.
